Why do I have to apply?

Because the people are the product. Every application is personally reviewed to make sure the group fits, and your host replies within 24 hours with next steps, not a checkout link.

Who else will be there?

Selected entrepreneurs, business owners, investors and executives who like cars and travel.

What do I pay, and when?

Nothing to apply. Once your application is accepted, your host confirms your room and car with you, and you pay to secure your seat.

What's included in the price?

Four nights in 5★ hotels (night 1 at the Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert, nights 2–4 at Hotel Ciel Dubai Marina), breakfast, lunch and dinner, supercar rental with fuel on days 1 and 2 (driver/co-driver swaps, planned car exchanges and a rental concierge), the desert buggy experience, the all-inclusive yacht party with jetski, all transfers and the Highlife merch package.

Are flights included?

Flights aren't part of the package. Tell us where you're flying from in the notes and your host will tell you when to land for the 09:00 check-in and car pickup on 2 December.

How does the member price work?

Highlife members pay €5,750 instead of €6,750 per person. Tick the member box in step 1 and we verify it when we review your application.

Do I get my own car?

By default a driver and co-driver share a car, swap seats and switch cars at the planned exchanges. A car to yourself, or a specific model, is available on request.

Can I come alone?

Yes. The price is per person, with two people sharing a room and a car. Choose "Just me" in step 1 and your host comes back with the room options.

What's the day 5 track day?

An optional Formula / Supercar experience at Dubai Autodrome on Sunday, 10:00–14:00. Mention it in the notes when you apply and your host confirms the details with you.

How does the F1 Abu Dhabi add-on work?

It's an extra track experience with limited availability: an F1 ticket, hospitality with W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, entry to the official F1 party, VIP transfers Dubai – Abu Dhabi – Dubai and one extra night at Hotel Ciel Dubai Marina. The price is on request. Mention it in the notes when you apply and your host sends you the details.

Is the agenda final?

The event agenda is subject to changes. The structure is set, but times and some venues can move. Venues not listed yet are shared with confirmed guests.
